Obituary for Joanne M. Pelletier
Joanne M. Pelletier, 72, of Rochester, NH, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Riverside Rest Home in Dover, NH surrounded by her loved ones. Joanne was born on November 22, 1944, in Wilton, NH, the daughter of Henry and Jenny (Raymond) Whitney.
Joanne worked in many service related fields over her lifetime. She enjoyed scrapbooking and arts and crafts. She also loved her two dogs Taffy and Daisy. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones.
Joanne is survived by her sons; Wayne Letourneau of Wilton, NH, Robert Letourneau and his wife, Heather of Rochester, NH, Richard Letourneau and wife, Danita of Milford, NH, and her daughter Brenda Letourneau and her husband, Jamie Hayes of Wilton, NH. She is also survived her brother Douglas Whitney, and her sister Marcia Whitney. She was predeceased by her husband’s George (Buzz) Pelletier, and Clifton Gorham, and her brothers Alfred Whitney and Kenneth Whitney. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Korie Kilgore, Kristie Kilgore, Mark Kilgore, Cole Letourneau, Joseph Letourneau and Tristan Letourneau, Courtney Hayes, Paige Quinno.
Calling hours will be at the Michaud Funeral Home on Friday, August 11, 2017 from 11am-1pm followed by a service. The graveside service, at the South Cemetery in Wilton, NH, will immediately follow the service at Michaud Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to the SPCA or National Lymphedema Charity in Joanne’s name. The family wishes to express their thanks for the diligent care of their mother by the staff at Riverside Rest Home in Dover, NH
