Obituary for Debra J Carpenter
Debra Carpenter, 73, of Bedford, NH, passed away Monday, December 2, 2019, at the Ridgewood Center in Bedford, NH. She was born on September 30, 1946, in Portland, ME, the daughter of Frank C. Furbush and Imogene (Young) Furbush.

Debra graduated from Portland High School then from the University of Vermont School of X-ray Technology with an associate’s degree. She then earned an associate’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from Hesser College. She worked as an accountant for medical offices and hospitals, and as an x-ray technician and orthopedic technician. Debra spent her free time quilting and acrylic painting.

Debra is survived by her partner in life, Carol Carpenter; her daughter, Robyn McNicholas, of Merrimack, NH; her son, Adam Houston, of NY; her brother, Donald Furbush and his wife, Dianne; and her brother Richard Furbush, her two grandchildren; Tyler LeBlanc and Kaitlin McNicholas. She is predeceased by her sister-in-law, Cheryl Furbush.

A church service will be held on May 2, 2020, at 10:30am, at the St Christopher's Episcopal Church, 187 East Rd, Hampstead, NH. A memorial garden service will follow.
