Obituary for Mary Margaret Ouellette
Mary M. Ouellette,70, of Nashua, NH, passed away November 28, 2017 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH. She was born January 26, 1947 in Medford, MA, the daughter of the late Helen and Gordon Meisner. Mary graduated from Chelmsford High School in MA. She loved her job as an optician and worked at Boroyan Eye Associates for many years. One of her favorite pastimes was shopping, often using every available coupon for a good deal. For the last 20 years she has summered at her cottage on Hills Pond in Alton, NH and for the last six years wintered in Sarasota and Venice, Fl. , making many new friends and enjoying the lake ,ocean, restaurants, musicals and cabaret to name a few. But of all the places that she has lived, Nashua is the city she really loved. She lived in Nashua for over 45 years , last living at her condo at Hollis Crossing in Nashua. Mary has touched many lives and will be greatly missed. Mary is survived by her partner Ellen Svenson , her sister Debbie Clark and brother-in-law Bill Clark of Milford ,NH and her brother Gerry Meisner of Milford, NH. She is predeceased by her son Gordon (Corky) Ouellette and her sister Diane Darby. She is survived by her many loving friends, nieces and nephews. There will be a private celebration of Mary’s life at her cottage in the summer. Her family is grateful for the loving care shown to her by all the nurses and staff at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and the Community Hospice House. Mary extends a special thank you to Dr. Rao for her loving care for fourteen years.
