Richard S. Dailey, 90, of Nashua, NH, formerly of New Ipswich, NH passed away on Wednesday April 12, 2023. He was born February 28, 1933, in Hanover, NH to parents Claude and Elsie Dailey.
Richard served in the US. Army during the Korean War until his honorable discharge in 1955. He went on to work as a welder for many years.
He met his wife of 47 years, Joan, at Solar Chemical in Leominster MA. He and Joan lived in New Ipswich NH for 46 years.
He was an airplane enthusiast and liked to collect different pictures. He also enjoyed playing chess and the Star Trek franchise.
He is survived by his son Scott T. Dailey of Pelham, NH.
He is predeceased by his wife Joan (Ericson) Dailey, his son Steven Dailey, his sister Edna Jarvis and his brother Raymond Dailey.
A funeral service will be held at the New Ipswich Congregational Church, 156 Main St New Ipswich, NH, on Saturday, April 22nd at 11am.
