Michael Taylor Miller, born in Fort Knox, Kentucky on July 2, 1961 to Taylor L. Miller and Collette (LaCroix) Miller died at the hospital in Lebanon, NH on May 20, 2021 after a lengthy period of declining health.
Michael served in the United States Air Force as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialist for F-16 fighters in the early 1980s, stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.
He was a member of The Sons of The American Legion Squadron 13 as well as a Legionnaire of Post 13. He served the Sons as Detachment Commander during the 1999 – 2000 administrative year and served as the District 2 Legion Commander during the 2002 – 2003 administrative year. He was a member of the Post 13 Color Guard, Drill Team, and Firing Squad for many years.
Michael is survived by his partner of 26 years Joyce Flanders, 2 daughters, Danielle Miller of Phoenix, AZ and Korrie Miller of Newport, MI, a brother Mark Miller, a sister, Cynthia Thomas, both of Colorado Springs, CO, 2 step-sons, David and Robert Hadley of Lyndeborough, NH, 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life and the internment at the NH Veterans Cemetery will take place at a later date.
