Obituary for Thelma R. Hanley
Thelma R. Hanley, 85, of Greenville, NH, passed away at her home on Friday, November 9, 2018. She was born on October 2, 1933, in Boston, MA, the daughter of Clifford and Sadie (Billard) Campbell.
Thelma worked as a cook supervisor at Good Shepherd Nursing Home as well as for the Mascenic School District. She married the love of her life, Henry Hanley, on September 5, 1951. She loved to square dance and play bingo. She enjoyed traveling and getting together with her family for the holidays. Thelma lived in Somerville, MA, Melrose, MA and Hingham, MA, before moving to New Hampshire in 1980. Thelma was an auxiliary member of American Legion Post 13, in Greenville, NH.
Thelma is survived by her husband of 67 years, Henry Hanley, of Greenville, NH; her son, Richard Hanley, of Plymouth, MA; her daughters, Cheryl Hewitt, of Hancock, NH, and Barbara and her husband, Roger Trempe, of New Ipswich, NH; her grandchildren, Alyson Lefebvre, Sara Trempe, Stefanie Estey, Angela Davison, Aaron Trempe, Conor Hanley, Evyn Hanley, Joshua Wilcox, Colby Wilcox, Michael Anderson, Elizabeth Dodge, Caitlin Hewitt, Callahan Hewitt, Casey Hewitt, and many great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her son, Robert Hanley, November 4, 2017.

Friends and family are warmly welcomed to a visitation and a service, at the Michaud Funeral Home, 32 Maple St, Wilton, NH, on Saturday, November 24, 2018, from 1pm to 4pm.
